1.1 These general terms and conditions of sale are exclusively applicable to all offers, orders and agreements of Juflogie. These conditions have been filed with the Chamber of Commerce in The Hague.
1.2 Accepting an offer or placing an order means that you accept the
applicability of these terms and conditions.
1.3 The provisions of these terms and conditions can only be deviated from in writing, in which case the other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
1.4 All rights and claims, as stipulated in these terms and conditions and in any further agreements for the benefit of Juflogie, are equally stipulated for the benefit of the Juflogie engaged intermediaries and other third parties.
2.1 An agreement is only concluded after acceptance of your order by Juflogie.
Juflogie is entitled to refuse orders or to attach certain conditions to the delivery,
unless explicitly stated otherwise. If an order is not accepted,
Juflogie® will inform you within 10 working days after receipt of the order.
2.2 The buyer gives Juflogie® permission to use his/her specified personal data
(name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, gender, billing data and payment details) to be able to deliver the orders in good order.
3.1 All offers from Juflogie are without obligation and Juflogie expressly reserves the right to change the prices, in particular when this is necessary on the basis of (legal) regulations.
3.2 All prices are stated in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs.
4.1 It is possible to return standard items.
Within 14 days of purchase as long as the packaging has not been opened.
4.2 Juflogie will refund the purchase price except for the shipping costs, see 4.4 and 4.5.
4.3 Buyers are expected to check their received order. If the order is incomplete or incorrectly delivered, you must report this within 7 days via the contact form.
You do this stating the order number with a clear explanation of what the defect is. Juflogie® will replace or supplement the article when it is shown that the order
is not accepted on the basis of valid reasons.
4.4 Right of withdrawal is exclusive to Eurozone.
4.5 Excluding shipping costs and the return shipping costs are for the account of the buyer.
4.6 Return shipping is the transport risk for the buyer.
4.7 Tea / coffee products are not subject to the right of withdrawal because they are custom packed or roasted.
4.8 If an item needs to be returned, please follow the steps below:
-Send a message via the contact form (put your order number in the subject).
-Pack the items in such a way that damage is avoided.
– Send the products by registered mail (costs are for your account).
5.1 Payment must be made before the order is shipped (unless otherwise agreed).
5.2 After receiving a return Juflogie® will refund the purchase amount.
This minus the shipping costs, these are for the account of the buyer.
6.1 The delivery times specified by Juflogie are only indicative. Exceeding any
delivery term does not entitle you to compensation, nor the right to
cancel your order or to dissolve the agreement.
6.2 The delivery of the products will take place at the place and time at which the products are ready for dispatch to you.
6.3 The delivery of the products will take place after receipt of payment.
6.4 Products that are not in stock will be delivered as soon as possible when they are back in stock at the supplier.
7. Force majeure
7.1 Without prejudice to its other rights, Juflogie has the
right in the event of force majeure, at its own discretion, to suspend the execution of your order, or to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention, such by notifying you in writing. and this without Juflogie being obliged to pay any compensation.
7.2 Force majeure is understood to mean any shortcoming that cannot be attributed to Juflogie®, because it is not due to its fault and is not for its account under the law, legal act or generally accepted views.
8. Complaints /guarantee
8.1 Complaints about the quality must be submitted in writing within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by a clear explanation of the complaint. If no defect is reported within this period, any claim against Juflogie® with regard to any defect will lapse.
8.2 Juflogie® only handles the complaint of the official buyer, as known in the customer database.
8.3 The buyer is obliged to provide all cooperation to Juflogie which is necessary to resolve the complaint in all reasonableness.
8.4 Products that have already been chemically treated are not eligible for complaint handling.
8.5 Juflogie does not guarantee the wrong color or texture choice of the customer.
8.6 Juflogie® does not guarantee a fastening system that is not experienced as pleasant by the customer.
8.7 Juflogie gives no guarantee on incorrect use/care of products.
8.8 Juflogie is not liable for the work of third parties.
8.9 Return shipments do not guarantee compensation.
8.10 Compensation consists solely of the same product as the purchased product and not of compensation of money or costs incurred to third parties. If a product is no longer in stock, a voucher will be created with an equal value to that of the purchased product.
8.11 It is not possible to correspond about rejected complaints.
8.12*Legal guarantee means that a product is not what the consumer puts in it.
of title 9.1 Ownership of the ordered products is only transferred if you have paid all that you owe Juflogie under any agreement. The risk with regard to the products is already transferred to you at the time of delivery.
10. Complaints and liability
10.1 You have the obligation to examine whether the products comply with the agreement upon delivery. If that is not the case, you will inform Juflogie® as soon as possible within 3 days after delivery , at least after observation was reasonably possible. You must motivate your notification in writing via the contact form, stating your order number.
10.2 If it is demonstrated that the products do not comply with the agreement, Juflogie® has the choice to replace the relevant products with new products against their return, or to refund the invoice value thereof.
10.3 Juflogie® is not liable if the damage is due to intent and/or gross negligence and/or culpable act and/or injudicious and/or improper use by the user, or exposing the products to humidity, extreme heat, cold or dryness. .
10.4 Although we try to advise and inform you as best as possible about the use of the products, we do not bear any responsibility for: incorrect use and/or from the use of the products resulting injury, damage, side effects or allergic reactions. Our products can in no way be regarded as medicines, they only have a supporting character. In case of persistent complaints, you should always consult a doctor.
11. Electronic communication and evidence
11.1 For misunderstanding, delays or improper transmission of data and messages as a result of the use of the internet or any other means of communication in the traffic between the customer and Juflogie (or third parties engaged by the customer), Juflogie is not liable, unless there may be intent or gross negligence on the part of Juflogie.
11.2 The administration of Juflogie® applies as full proof of the existence, the content and the implementation of the agreement with the customer in any legal proceedings, until the contrary is proved by the party, who invokes the fact that the evidence is not reliable.
12.1 Juflogie is authorized to use third parties in the execution of your order(s).
13. Online Account
13.1 The buyer has his own online account after the first order. This is for easy
reordering in the future. The data, as indicated in 2.2, is stored on a secure server.
13.2 The buyer can consult and adjust his/her account details 24 hours a day.
13.3 The buyer can cancel his/her account at any time by contacting us via the contact form.
13.4 The online account will remain active if another order is placed within 42 months. If no new order has been placed after 42 months after the previous order, all personal data will be deleted.
13.5 With the exception of invoices, which are kept for a maximum of 7 years (84 months) due to Dutch tax law.
13.6 The buyer’s personal data is shared with third parties for the processing of orders and payments. This information can also be shared if there is a judicial order or court decision.
13.7 Juflogie works in accordance with the AVG (General Data Protection Regulation).
14. Customer card / Gift card
14.1 The Customer card/gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
14.2 The Customer card works true a points system.
14.3 There are points on every tea, coffee, cocoa package that you can save to
exchange them later for a discount on Print fashion products.
14.4 Gift card can only be used online in our webshop for a discount on your order.
14.5 The gift card gives a €25 or €50 or €75 discount on your order.
14.6 The Customer card / gift card and discount codes cannot be used in combination.
14.7 The gift card can only be used once with a unique code and is valid for 3 months.
14.8 Juflogie reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Customer card/gift card without notice.
15. Business customer
15.1 Minimum order value is €50.00.
15.2 Payments must be made within 14 working days.
15.3 Delivery within 15 working days, if in stock.
15.4 The Juflogie brand name is registered and third parties may not
use this name for their own purposes without written permission.
15.5 Prices may change in January each year in response to international production prices.
15.6 Juflogie is not liable for claims from the tax authorities that
are lodged with its business customers. This applies to taxes, execution granted for unpaid taxes and/or social security contributions, including VAT.
15.7 Juflogie® reserves the right to terminate business agreements at any time,
unless otherwise specified.
16. Juflogie Community
16.1 The user is responsible for what he or she shares on the platform.
Juflogie is in no way responsible for the content of users.
The user must follow the rules of Juflogie community.
16.2 It is forbidden to post about: Sex / Politics / Religion.
16.3 Business page may only post 1 business topic per week.
16.4 The post topics should be about sustainable lifestyle, drinks, solar, music, fashion , beauty, bamboo, juflogie info.
16.5 The official language in the community is English.
16.6 The language used must be not hateful or offensive.
16.7 If you do not follow the rules, you will be removed from Juflogie Community.
17. Privacy Statement
17.1 Juflogie® respects the privacy of all its users and ensures that all personal
information you provide will be treated confidentially.
17.2 When you place an order, we need to have your name, address, email address, gender and payment information so that we can process your order. We also use your e-mail address to keep you informed of the order status. To make shopping at Juflogie as pleasant as possible, we store your personal data with your permission. This is necessary for the use of our website and services.
17.3 We use your email address to inform you about the development of your order, the website and for special offers and promotions. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can unsubscribe by sending us a message via the contact form.
