1. Is Juflogie a sustainable company?
Yes, we have consciously opted for sustainable business with the three Ps:

People: People inside and outside the company.
Planet: The impact on the environment.
Profit: The production and economic effects of goods.

2. What is included in the prices in the webshop?
The prices of our products always include VAT. Only the costs for shipping are not included. Sales outside the Eurozone are exclusive of VAT.

3.How can I pay?
You can pay in advance with the following payment methods:

  • Belfius Direct
  • SOFORT Banking
  • Credit card

Juflogie delivers the order only after receipt of payment .

4.Why are all Tea, Coffee products not available online?
Sales go through our retail partners.

5.How does the points system work?
There are points on every tea, coffee packaging that you can collect.
and redeem for a discount on Print Fashion products.

6.How will my print fashion order be shipped?
We ship all orders registered with Postnl and we only deliver within EU. In Africa our retail partners sell & deliver print fashion.

7. Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of purchase if the products
are unopened. Juflogie® will refund the entire purchase price,
excluding shipping costs and return shipping costs.

If you are returning something, please follow the steps below:

-Go to the contact form and send us a message with the order number.
-Pack the item(s) in such a way as to avoid damage.
– Return the product or products, possibly by registered mail.

Note: Tea / Coffee products that fall on order are not subject to the right of withdrawal because they are custom packed or roasted.
