4. Are there teas on order?
Yes, some teas are available on order.

5. Why is coffee only available on order?
This is too get the coffee as fresh as possible too the consumer.

6.Are there bamboo products on order ?
Yes, a number of bamboo products are only available on order.

7. Can i return my order?
Yes you can return your order within 14 days of purchase as long as the products are not opened.
Juflogie® gives the purchase price back not the shipping cost.
If you send something back, please follow these steps:
• Go to Contact and please note the order number in it.
• Pack the articles such that damage is avoided.
• Send the product by registered mail.(Costs are for buyer)
Please note: Tea/coffee products, which are on order are outside of the right of withdrawal.
